If the event is cancelled by a FIS decision (snow check) no later than 14 January 2027 (inclusive), the price paid for the ticket and/or parking will be refunded to customers.
If the event is cancelled from 15 January 2027 onwards (in particular, but not exclusively, due to unsuitable weather conditions, other force majeure (war, state of war, epidemic, pandemic, etc.) or a FIS decision), the price paid for the ticket and/or parking will not be refunded, and no monetary or non-monetary compensation will be provided.
Customers who purchased VIP SILVER or VIP GOLD tickets may, even if the event is cancelled (unless prevented by unsuitable weather conditions that could endanger life or health, or by orders of the competent public authorities), use the services their tickets entitle them to (the races will not take place).

The tickets are available in the following categories: Public (Koliesko or Priehyba), VIP Silver (Koliesko or Priehyba) and VIP Gold (Koliesko – finish). Children under 6 accompanied by parents with valid tickets can enter free of charge; children aged 6 to under 12 get discounted tickets.
Yes. Every visitor with a ticket to the Priehyba zone gets 2 rides up and 2 rides down per event day included — on the A6 Biela Púť – Priehyba gondola or the B2 Záhradky – Priehyba chairlift.
The cable cars from the south side of Mt Chopok to the north side and back (A5, A2, A1) run from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. PUBLIC ticket holders pay a reduced fare of €19; VIP Silver and VIP Gold holders can ride free.
All tickets on sale from 18 September 2026 are standing tickets. Holders can use the area by the piste opposite the finish (Koliesko) or standing places at Priehyba with a view of the whole slalom course and almost the whole giant slalom course. There will be no seated grandstands at the venue; a standing grandstand in the finish area will be available to holders of a limited number of VIP tickets.
Registration is not required. However, if you buy while logged in to Gopass, you'll get part of the price back in the form of goX on race day.
Yes. Every ticket is tied to the holder's name and surname and is non-transferable from the moment of purchase. TMR reserves the right to check ticket non-transferability at the event venue.

Yes, you can buy a ticket as a gift in the recipient's name. Pre-sale tickets are sold exclusively online with electronic delivery — save them as an email or to Apple Wallet.

No. Once the distance contract is concluded (by purchasing a ticket and/or parking), the customer is not entitled to withdraw from it. See the Terms and Conditions for details.
If the event is postponed due to unsuitable weather or other reasons determined by the organiser or authorised FIS officials, tickets and parking remain valid for the new date, i.e. 25 January 2027. Ticket prices are not refunded due to postponement, and individual customers are not entitled to any financial or non-financial compensation.
