Please note: If FIS cancels the event by 11.1.2024 (including) after the so-called snow check, every customer will be returned their paid ticket and/or parking price back. If the event is cancelled on 12.1.2024 or later mainly, but not only, due to bad weather or other force majeure reasons (war, state of war, epidemic, pandemic etc.) or based on the decision of FIS, the paid ticket and/or parking price will not be returned to individual customers and they are not entitled to be compensated financially or non-financially. If any customer wishes to buy tickets as a legal entity or a natural person – entrepreneur and wants to receive a tax document in the form of an invoice to pay for their tickets or as a payment confirmation, they are obliged to contact the seller by email (vip@worldcupjasna.sk) in advance. No invoice can be issued and invoice data cannot be changed after the respective customer has paid for their tickets booked online! Invoice payment is possible only if buying VIP SILVER and VIP GOLD tickets. PUBLIC and PARKING tickets cannot be paid on invoice.
Why are there no more tickets at the introductory price available?
The limited number of 1,000 World Cup Jasná 2024 tickets at the introductory price was sold out after a few minutes. As it had been announced before, the price went up to 45 EUR automatically in the following wave. The last package of 2-day PUBLIC tickets will be available at prices from 55 EUR after the second wave is sold out. Due to the high demand and a massive traffic spike on the sales portal, please refresh the website repeatedly when shopping if there are any problems.
My payment was withdrawn, but I haven't received the tickets yet.

Your ticket was booked when you paid and once the seller receives information about your payment from the payment gateway, the tickets will be sent to your email address. Will it be possible to watch the race along the course?
The whole Petra Vlhová piste will be closed (between the start and the finish) by the organising service as consulted with FIS to keep the racers and spectators safe. It won't be possible to watch the race along the course. There will be sectors for spectators in the area of Priehyba and in the finish area at Koliesko. Fans can watch the race also on large screens in Priehyba, Koliesko and in the FAN ZONE in Biela Púť.
Why are there no stands for the PUBLIC? There were some in Špindlerův Mlýn.
The finish zone in Špindlerův Mlýn offers a comfortable flat ground to build several constructions. But this was not possible in Jasná, unfortunately. The finish zone in Jasná was specially adapted to be able to make the best possible race course. As the terrain is complicated and there are big height differences, there is no space to build several stands effectively. That's why only one smaller standing grandstand for VIP clients will be built. The opposite slope of the Majstrovská piste will be changed into natural stands so that fans with PUBLIC tickets can stand there comfortably and see the finish zone well. In the area of Priehyba, there will be another comfortable standing zone to watch the race and to see the slalom course as well as the giant slalom course, with a large screen, an après ski bar, a gastronomy zone and souvenir stands.

World Cup fans can buy and book parking in the area of Lúčky and at the Pavčina Lehota park & ride car park online. The number of parking spaces is limited. More free parking areas will be available near Liptovský Mikuláš.
